We have had so much fun this summer... We went to the Raspberry Parade. Shianna was kissed by a Volcan, thats why she has black on her face.
She really got in to collecting the candy. She has only ate 2 pieces of candy (chocolate) but she loves her collection. I have been slowly depleating her stash and bringing it to work.
Painting has become our favorite indoor activity. Which always ends with bathtime. Shainna now has a proud collection of painted wooden bird houses.
We love the beach!!! we are there a least 2 times a week. Swim classes are pretty expensive for only a half hour lesson... I think I can teach her more myself and we have all day. Swimming also makes Shianna eat and sleep so good!!!

Shianna got to sit in a fire truck on the national night out get together. So cool.
Went camping with Grandma and Grandpa. Had a great time, no bugs, a little heat and got to see what they do almost every weekend...

We went to Como Town Zoo for my work picnic... The kids get wristbands to go on rides free all day.
Shianna was so excited.
She went on the train by herself, this time. (I was a so nervous at every ride it's hard to let your baby grow up.)
We had a great time... It was hard to leave.
We went camping at the Great River Bluffs State Park (SouthEast by Winona MN.)
such great views... long hikes, Shianna is to big for a stroller, but gets tired easily. She rode on my shoulders probaly 3 out of the 6 miles we hiked that afternoon. I was hurting the next day, but totally worth it!!!
The one major thing that I did not take pictures of that happened this last month is Shianna got a hold of my scissors that I had left out and cut her hair. I was sitting on the couch and I heard her say "Mommy I'm cutting my hair" turned around and there was a big pile of her hair around her feet. I was terrified and pissed at myself for leaving my scissors out. I didn't take any pics because I didn't want to encourage this. The last photos of her this summer her hair is short.
