It is a sport that anyone can do. Dosen't take much skill, you don't even have to keep score. It is like Golf but you use different frisbees according to the wind and/or distance , I like to choose mine by the color of the frisbee or the name such as sniper, the storm, rattler... there also is a different shaped frisbee to putt with. So you should have at least one driver and one putter, it is also a good idea to bring an extra driver in case one gets lost in the trees, tall grass or lands in a water hazard.
The best part of the game is walking around on the course, it usaually has many hills and valleys, trees, ponds... Also at most courses it doesn't cost a penny to play. Here at Byrant Lake Park it did cost $3 a person, well worth it though, it is the best course I've been on and you can tell that they are going to be expanding, improving or changing it up a bit.

although we did let her cheat.
reach the basket. The drive range is between 250-575 yards, most are par 3 or 4. It usaully takes myself 5-6 shots to get to the goal. It was pretty windy today and my first time on the course so I didn't count... It's great exercise and thats what counts.
