I didn't want to get
Shianna a pet tell she could at least help take care of it (age 5..?) but we got this cute dwarf hamster from the boy across the street who was getting a puppy. I think his parents got him the hamster to see if he would be responsible with it first.
Shianna has been good with Lucy, even helping me scoop out the shavings of her cage.
She also helps to put vegetables in her cage.
The
hampster is so fast and small,
Shianna only pets her when I'm holding her.
Lucy exercises at all hours...
This is her ball, so she can get out of her cage and run around and not get lost.
Shianna loves to follow it around and thinks it's so funny when it follows her around...
